We have an application block implementation that is currently showing latency between Writing and Reading configuration files. Has anyone had a situation like this or has observed this behavior?  Or could let us know how to flush the file after writing.

We are using  Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary ver 2.0.0.0.
